With numerous proprietary and state-of-the-art techniques, we specialize in going where the action is—the doctor's office where patient-provider interactions take place, the clinic where treatments are discussed and dispensed, and the home where patients live with and adjust to their own or their loved ones' conditions and diseases.
We leverage techniques from classical ethnography, digital anthropology, and discourse analysis to create a portrait of what it's like to be...a doctor, a patient, a caregiver, a pharmacist, in a given place, time, and context.
